Cancellation Policy: Classic Elegance Fine Automotive Detailing is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being serviced. Please call Classic Elegance Fine Automotive Detailing at (442) 777-2137 by 12:00 pm on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call Classic Elegance Fine Automotive Detailing at (442) 777-2137 by 12:00 pm on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged and billed for up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service for the missed appointment. This policy excludes cancellations due to inclement weather.

The short answer is no. When you call in for your appointment, we go through a series of qualifying questions to help determine which services will meet your needs. We will then provide you a “soft” quote based on your description of your vehicle. These soft quotes are subject to change upon an in person visual evaluation of your vehicle.
When you schedule an in person consultation and evaluation, the quote provided at that time is a firm quote and not subject to change, unless there is some dramatic change in the condition of your vehicle from the time of the consultation to the appointment time..
